July 11, 2019 Enforcement Committee Meeting Summary

Four members of the Enforcement Committee attended the July 11, 2019 BCDC Enforcement Committee meeting, which was held at the Bay Area Metro Center, 375 Beale Street, San Francisco. The next meeting will be held from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM on July 24, 2019 at SPUR, located at 654 Mission Street, San Francisco. The staff will make a presentation to the Enforcement Committee on a proposed strategy to address its caseload backlog, deliver a briefing on the standard fines process utilized under BCDC Regulations (14 CCR) Section 11386, and deliver a briefing on the status of Union Point Park in the City of Oakland. The public is invited to attend. A public comment period will be held at the beginning of the meeting where members of the public may speak on any issue that is not on the agenda for that day.
