May 21, 2020 Commission Meeting Summary

25 members attended the May 21, 2020 virtual BCDC Commission meeting at 1:00 P.M.

With the consent of the Commission, Chair Wasserman appointed Commissioner Eddie Ahn as the BCDC’s new representative to sit on the Metropolitan Transportation Commission. Commissioner Ahn replaces Commissioner Halsted, who submitted her resignation from that post but who will remain Vice-Chair of BCDC.

The Commission held a public hearing and voted 20-2-1 to remand back to the Enforcement Committee its recommended decision involving the cease and desist order for Union Point Park in Oakland.
