The Commission held a public hearing to consider removing the Bay Plan Water-Related Industry Priority Use designation from a site west of Pacheco Creek near Martinez in Contra Costa County (Bay Plan Amendment No. 5-19). The Commission held a public hearing and voted 17-0-1 to approve a contract with Contra Costa County to fund BCDC staff as they implement the removal of the designation in Contra Costa County listed above (Bay Plan Amendment No. 5-19).
