May 17, 2018 Commission Meeting Summary
19 members attended the May 17, 2018 BCDC meeting, which was held at the Metro Center Regional Headquarters Building in San Francisco.
Following a public hearing, the Commission voted 16-0-2 to adopt the Enforcement Committee’s recommendation to grant Scott’s Jack London Seafood, Inc.’s appeal of the Executive Director’s determination that Scott’s had not substantially complied with the requirements of Cease and Desist and Civil Penalty Order No. CDO 2017.01. The Commission held a closed session on pending litigation involving the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
